How To : View Your Forgotten Password Of Wireless Network
1Passwords have a main role while considering the importance of security and protection of your data. And for protecting the privacy of each user, most of the web services use passwords at backend of their services. Gradually these passwords have entered 99% of services related to computers. Since we are humans, we used to forget things and of course passwords can’t get rid of this forgetting mentality. Because of knowing this, most of services used to put ‘Lost Password’ or ‘Forget Password’ links near to the login panel. No need to say that the feature is much useful.
But what would you do if you are forgetting the password of your wireless network connection. Suppose you have set your connection’s security level to highest means WPA2-Personal. Then you will need a password to access that Wi-Fi connection from a new device.
But you don’t need to be sad since geek mind and HFG is here to help you. So let us check out the awesome trick to view your forgotten password of wireless network in windows. This can be only possible if you have connected any of your devices to that network before forgetting the password. And the trick will only work if you have the power of local administration in your PC. If not, you will be prompted by UAC asking Administrative Credentials of current machine.
Step One
Launch Windows’s Run box by pressing Win + R Keyboard Combination. And just hit your enter key. When the ‘Run’ box appears, press the following command in the run box.
‘ ncpa.cpl ‘
Step Two
After one or two seconds a window will appear. A Complete list of network adapters in your PC will be shown. Select the wireless connection and select ‘Status’ from context menu (Right Click Menu)
Step Three
When the properties of that wireless connection loads up, click on ‘Wireless Properties Button’
Step Four
When another window like shown below appears, shift to security section. There you can see Security Type, Encryption Type and Network Security Key of that wireless network. And the network key will be represented by black dots (same one for passwords)
Last Step
Just check on the box ‘Show Characters’. You may be asked for administrative power. And finally your password of Wireless Network Will is shown in the following image.

Lol thanks for informing us. Its a big dilemma if you forget the password. So I think, if I encountered this kind of problem—i have no reason to panic for I know how to deal with it.
