WWDC 2012 : What To Expect

 There are only 3 more hours for that awesome event. Yeah it is Apple Worldwide Developer’s Conference (WWDC). Whole tech world is in a great anxiety about what Apple is going to launch in WWDC. Rather than a Developer Conference, Apple WWDC used to be their platform to launch their new products and services. WWDC 2012 is about to start on Today 10:30 PM (Indian Standard Time.) As Apple does usually, this WWDC is also expected to be the stage for lots more services and products from mighty Apple. Apple used to launch Macbooks, Macbook Pros and etc. in WWDCs. In WWDC 2012, Apple had launched iOS 5, Macintosh Lion OS X 10.7 and iCloud as well. In this year, software field is expected to be more centric than hardware based products. Whatever it is, we have to wait a few hours and let Apple to start their awesome event.

    But every attendee of this year’s WWDC will feel a huge absence. Obviously it’s of Steve Jobs, Great SEO of Apple who was passed away in Last October. Losses will work as appreciations for some people. iOS 6

One of the most expected launches in WWDC 2012 is latest version of Apple’s mobile platform, iOS. Previous version, iOS was announced in last WWDC and the next chance is of iOS 6. Its sure that iOS is ready to be launched in this WWDC because Mashable had reported some images of WWDC Banners related to iOS 6. Most interesting fact about iOS 6 is that iOS 6 will support iPhone 3GS. Although it is a big challenge to Android since you can’t even expect a 2008 phone that running on Android Jellybean.

 New, iOS 6 is expected to have Apple’s own and new Mapping Application. As a part of it, Tech giant had acquired some mapping related companies all over last year. Facebook integration is also rumored with iOS 6 since Tim Cook had mentioned this on All Things D Interview. Even there is twitter integration in iOS, Facebook Integration will make it nicer. SIRI support for iPad is also rumored in this WWDC which can let iPad users to use this virtual personal assistant which is now available only for iPhone 4S. iCloud improvements are also rumored in WWDC. New Macs

While considering the rumors that spread all over the web, new Macs are expected in this conference. But the most expected are Macbook Pros. Rumors says that Apple will launch thinner and lighter designs, USB 3.0 Support, Options for Solid State Drives and Optical Drivers, and to feature Intel’s Third Generation Core Processors which is also known as Ivy Bridge. Macs are also rumored to have Ultra-High-Resolution Screens, commonly dubbed as Retina Display.

 Mac Mini and iMac lines are rumored to get an upgrade to Ivy Bridge along with other great features. And it is also possible to see a iMac with Retina display in WWDC 2012. Still, there are some other gadgets in rumor generator’s wish list which includes a new Mac Pro Desktop. Anyway let us see what the main features are going to be ‘Live’.

Improvements to Mountain Lion

    Apple can’t exist only as a mobile manufacturer, and they are also announcing improvements to their own PC platform’s latest version but still unreleased, Mountain Lion OS. If iOS 6 is about to have Facebook integration features, there is a chance of adding the same on Mountain Lion too. And more features including USB 3.0 are expected to be in improvements.

Apple TV SDK

  The next one is from Apple’s entertainment side, for Apple TV. Apple is planning to give a real television through some improvements. Apple is also trying to boost its developers and they may launch a SDK as soon as possible.
