While talking about Windows 8, its support for tablet computers is more important. Most of mobile and tablet computing manufacturers were featured in that event in order to show that they are developing Windows 8 powered Tablet Computers. But now, one of the rumored tech giant, Intel has won their first price. Intel’s Windows 8 powered tablets are to hit market on next November.

”The schedule is tight,” said the source. “Looking at what Windows is trying to achieve not only with a new OS, but a new OS that needs to run four to five architectures — three ARM, Intel, and AMD,” according to the source

Features and specifications of this tablet are given in following image. By the way, don’t expect just only a tablet from Intel. Intel’s tablet is a little bit more than a usual tablet PC. As ASUS did on their Transformer Prime, Intel has added an external keyboard with this tablet and so you won’t be sad with typing on touch screen.

When Microsoft’s Windows 8 was announced, it’s capability to work on both tablets and PCs was noticed and discussed in tech world because tech world was able to expect a Windows 8 powered Tablet PC. This feature is for maintaining a better place for Microsoft in Tablet PC field when all main tech giants including Google have started their works on Tablet Computers.  Even Microsoft had developed an OS named Windows CE to work on Tablet Devices; it hadn’t harvested a huge result in technology field and also not being much discussed. Hope this device will help Microsoft to keep their Gigantism in the world of Tablet PCs too.

This would be powered by Windows 8 ARM. I wish there will not be more changes between ARM and pro version so tablet would feel just like a hand held PC

  • Backing it Up

As we become more digital our memories become digital too. All our images, files and music are saved on our PC and in most cases on our PC only. Users who are tech oriented may have back their files up to an external hard drive which is good but it doesn't have the benefits of an online backup service. Any user can take advantage of such a service assuring the that their sensitive information is never lost.
